1998 Merger with major domestic medical equipment manufacturers
The company took part in a strategic alliance with major domestic medical equipment manufacturers Shin-Sheng Medical and Eastern Medical in an official merger. The new organization adopted the name "Trident Medical" and announced the merger to the world. From then on, the company has been committed to the development of professional medical equipment and instruments such as surgical lights and surgical tables.
